D&T Practical Project
The theme of our project is ‘Healthy
Diet’. We are going to design and make a [1]display board to raise awareness on ‘healthy diet’.
Below are the tasks that you need to complete.
Find the meaning of the following terms:
a) Healthy
b) Diet
c) In your own words,
explain the meaning of the term ‘healthy diet’.
Do a concept map on the theme ‘Healthy Diet’.
Write a design situation [2] on the theme ‘Healthy Diet’. Below is an example of a
design situation.
In JSS, there is a Fried Food Monday whereby the
canteen vendors will sell fried food to the school population. With the
increasing number of obese students in the school, the pupil welfare committee is concerned of the overall diet of the students’ population.Therefore they intend to find ways to raise awareness on healthy eating.
Research on information of ‘Healthy Diet’. You can research on any of the following aspects of the theme:
a) Healthy diet
pyramid
b) Nutritional value of different food
groups, fast food, Singapore local food etc
c) Balance diet
- Display board is an object that
displays information such as menu holder, notice board, sign board etc.
- Design situation is a detailed description highlighting the problem in a clear
and easy way to understand.
All the tasks need to be type written and pictures pasted in Word document and printed out before the school term 3 starts. Submit the holiday assignment on the first day of your D&T class. 先仔细阅读《小王子》一书，然后以《〈小王子〉读后感》为题，撰写一份300字的阅读报告。
要求：
a) 封面和内容必须要有设计，封面上要有姓名和班级。
b) 可以用电脑打字和设计，也可以用手写，只要有创意、美观、内容能吸引读者看下去，就是一本好的阅读报告。
c) 不可过多使用原文，否则以抄袭论。

- 分析五个小王子拜访的小行星中住着的人物及其性格；
- 简述书中让你感动的情节并说明原因；
